Dr. David Theodore is a research scientist in the
high-technology fields of semiconductors and
telecommunications. He has performed collaborative research
with scientists from many universities and research
laboratories including Cornell, California Institute of
Technology, Princeton, Columbia, University of California,
Pennsylvania State University, Rutgers, Sandia National Labs
and Bell Communications Research. He received a Master of
Science degree from Northwestern University and a Doctor of
Philosophy in Materials Science & Engineering from Cornell
University. His areas of research have included atomic
structure of matter, X-ray diffraction, transmission electron
microscopy, interaction of electron waves and X-rays with
matter and solid-state physics.
Dr. Theodore has published more than 100 scientific articles in
technical proceedings and journals including Journal of Applied
Physics, Physical Review B and Applied Physics
Letters. He holds seven patents in the fields of semiconductor
applications and transmission electron microscopy.
